Csilla Zsuzsa Barkász
My name is Csilla Barkász and I am a new EVS volunteer at Duha. I’ve come from Romania, (the Transylvania region) and I belong to the Hungarian minority group. Before coming to Prague, I’ve graduated at the faculty of English language and literature. As for me…I enjoy long walks in the mountains, cycling, handicrafts, photography, reading and movies.
My term as a volunteer lasts 11 months and my work consists mainly of the preparation, running, and evaluation of the Tamjdem and “Doduhy” projects, as well as involving new volunteers to Duha’s activities. I will also contribute to the organization of a weekly film-club at the office.
I have been staying in Prague just for a month, however I have already had so many great experiences and met so many interesting people…I dare say that I was never bored since I was here and my life is getting more and more colourful! All in all, I’m looking forward to a busy year, full of adventures, travelling, fun and learning.
