How to apply
1. Search for a workcamp
Here is the database of workcamps. Search for the workcamps that pleases you and keep in mind its code. Then have a look on the application form (more information below).

2. Application form
Apply by using the application form (english version is being prepared). To the given email address will be sent a mail with the confirmation of the application, as well as your personal identification number, which will serve as a variable symbol in the payment of advance fee (400Kč).
3. Processing the application
After the payment of the advance fee, the process of application for a workcamp takes roughly three weeks. After the acceptance in a workcamp is necessary to confirm the participation in this same workcamp with this confirmation form. Not later than two weeks before departure you will receive the infosheet, an essential document with info about the camp, contacts and the way how to get there.
A volunteer going for his/her first workcamp must attend to the half day pre-departure training. Absence should be justified and sent to outgoing@duha.cz
4. Fees
Each volunteer is provided with accommodation and meals by hosting project. The volunteers are responsible only for fee for processing and transport to the place of workcamps.
Volunteers have to take care of their own insurance.

The fee is paid by two payments. Advance fee (400 CZK) and the supplement. (For example, if you are student and you are going to workcamp abroad, you will pay 400 CZK first and after acceptance – 1100 CZK more).
The advance is paid with the filing by the week, as acceptance of real interest in the selected workcamps. The rest has to be paid after the acceptance of the selected workcamp.
Fees are paid by bank transfer – account number: 1609591001/5500 Raiffeisenbank (please, don’t forget to put your variable symbol, which you got by sending application form) or in the office during working hours.
Cancellations
If you do not accept any of the selected workcamps, you will get back CZK 200 deposit. It is required to write about the refund up to 30/09/2011.
The rest 200 CZK cover our costs.
Upon cancellation of participation after the acceptance of the chosen workcamp is non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation of participation in workcamp without sufficient time in advance can seriously disrupt the workcamp. We kindly ask you to keep organizers informed about cancelations as soon as possible!
