Terms of the project

Tamjdem has already got a second accreditation from the Ministry of the Interior since 2008.

Participants of the project are provided with:

• transport to the place of partner organization – we mostly go to projects from Prague – main train station or Florenc main bus station. Anyone can join us on the way, depending on where we go;
• reimbursement – we can reimburse you costs of the travel tickets sold only by Czech transport companies, only valid within the Czech republic, only paid in Czech crowns (no euro); we reimburse just one way – mostly the way to the project/venue; we don´t reimburse the extra costs (reservations for Pendolino and so on)
• food – it is usually a team work and often is a vegetarian one;
• accommodation – in basic conditions – usually on a floor, on a sleeping mat, but always in your own sleeping bag;
• every participant is insured in case of injury and in case of any damage, (the insurance is arranged in an Insurance company called Hasičská vzájemná pojišťovna, taken care of a civic association Hestia);
• there is always a short presentation of the partner organization AND there is also a possibility to train your abilities as organizer in case you would like to help us. :)

The terms of the project is: paying a participation fee (from 200,- to 350,-) which covers costs of food during the weekend, travel and insurance.

Participants sign personally an agreement including the terms and also the insurance conditions during the Tamjdem projects.
