The application is not binding. However, if you sign off later than a week before departure, another person will not be able to go because of you. So think it over, and if you have to cancel your application, please do it as early as possible. Thank you!

We kindly ask you for filling in all the items in the application form, especially your entire date of birth and your address! We forward these datas to Insurance company, where you are specialy insured for the Tamjdem weekend.

Since we don't want Tamjdem to be a "consumer product" we give everyone a chance to take part.

We have defined three areas, where you can get involved during a Tamjdem and help us make it better. Check out the tasks and use the form below for registration.

Since your help will make a big difference to us, you do not have to pay the participation fee;)

He mainly takes care of signing up in a table for kitchen service (cooking and washing dishes). He is also responsible for buying supplies whenever we go shopping after arrival (sometimes organiser shop in advance). The chief cook also makes sure cooking starts on time (usually we cook one or two meals) and manages problems such as missing utensils or a broken stove.

Necessary preparation: think of two meals we could cook

When to start: one day before Tamjdem

Expected outcome: wonderfull meals; kitchen service involving all the volunteers

The role of a gaming provider is simple – always ready to come up with a game for the group. Not everybody likes all the icebrakers, energizers... but they sure do help to brake the ice and in the end we usually have good fun playing them. The important thing is a good names/get-to-know-each-other game for Friday evening; especially interesting are those games that account for our different origins.

Necessary preparation: Look up and choose a couple of games, note down the rules and bring the necessary equipment

When to start: several days before the Tamjdem

Expected outcome: know by heart several games for different occassions and know how to explain them

Tries to enrich our understanding of themes that the particular Tamjdem is about. To that end, he prepares complementary activites: a seminar given by an invited specialist, a game, screening or a debate. So far we have had a quiz in the forest on ecology, a seminar on homeless people, screening of a wildlife documentary...

Necessary preparation: depends on the chosed activity – prepare a quiz, find and contact an expert on the theme etc.

When to start: at least a week before the Tamjdem

Expected outcome: an enriching educational complement
